Royal Veterinary College assessment …
We are very pleased to be able to let you know that we have passed the highest level of Royal Veterinary College assessment possible for a practice of our size! It was a lot of hard work to get all the necessary documentation and procedures in place, but very worthwhile to be recognised as providing a very high standard of veterinary care to our patients.
The assessor said: ‘This was a lovely practice offering a very local and personal service to its clients. It had prepared superbly for the assessment and everyone at the practice is to be congratulated. The design of the practice was of the highest order in the way so much had been put into such a small space. Special mention of the excellent pain management at this practice and the operating procedures generally which were all superb.’
