Although we would love to be able to care for your pets 24/7, with a team of only 2 vets and 2 nurses and a very small building without living accommodation, it is impossible for us to provide this. We have thought very carefully about provision of an out of hours service for your pets and have decided to use Vale Vets as our sole provider.
Outside our normal working hours when you phone, your call will be automatically transferred to the Vale Vets team in Portishead who provide a 24hr emergency care with a dedicated vet and nurse care team to give advice and emergency treatment as necessary.
